Members' Observations - M27

M27 planetary nebula photo
John Noble photographed M27 through an LX10 Schmidt Cassegrain telescope from Cowley in Oxford. He used Provia 1600 film, pushed to 3200 ASA, and an exposure of 10 minutes at f/6.4.

M27 is in the constellation of Vulpecula. This planetary nebula is commonly known as the Dumbbell Nebula.
