Members' Observations - M13

M13, globular cluster CCD image
Paul McGale imaged M13 with a Meade 2080 f/10 8 inch Schmidt Cassegrain telescope and an MX516 CCD camera on 3 September 2000. An f/6.3 focal compressor was used and the false colour image was constructed from eight 15 second exposures.

M13 is commonly known as the Great Hercules cluster and is a globular cluster in Hercules.
