Nova in Cassiopeia

Society member Jason Hopkins was able to get a picture of the new nova that recently appeared in Cassiopeia (called Nova Cas 2021):

You can find Nova Cas 2021 at RA 23 24 47.73 Dec +61 11 14.8 (J2000.0) . It is circumpolar in UK skies and should be visible in binoculars. Charts and sequences are available from the AAVSO Variable Star Plotter. Also visible on the right hand side of the image is the open cluster M52.
